What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a pipeline of custom program opportunities to achieve annual sales goals
- Collaborate with the Institutional Relations team to generate new program leads and secure partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring strong customer service
- Draft program budgets, create proposals, and write contracts in collaboration with international teams
- Oversee pre-departure planning and preparation processes with partners and CIEE staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in solution sales, account management, or partnership development
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with faculty or within higher education
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
- Previous study abroad experience
