What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client-related concerns and engagements
- Lead and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Owners and Delivery Managers
- Oversee the delivery and value realization of multiple implementation and enhancement projects
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate communication between customer needs and technical teams to inform design and implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading complex, software delivery projects for external clients
- Proven experience as a Single Point of Contact for large enterprise accounts
- Strong technical acumen in software development processes and system architectures
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on detail-oriented documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and SmartSheet
- PMP Certification or similar credentials
- Familiarity with healthcare payer operations, particularly Medicaid programs
- Background in care management or population health operations
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern software architecture patterns
