      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide management, direction, and leadership for the execution of the contract
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and contract personnel
      - Supervise ongoing technical efforts and manage overall contract performance
      - Ensure optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors
      - Maintain quality assurance and efficiency of service delivery and business processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS Degree in a related field
      - Ten years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing projects
      - Authority to commit to the contractor’s organization and make decisions in response to Government issues
      - Ability to proactively alert the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations
      - Active Secret level clearance, at a minimum

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five years of experience working with a military or DoD organization
      - Five years of experience supervising Adult or Child/Youth counselors
      - At least two years of post-licensure counseling experience with current counseling competence
      - Three years of experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract
      - Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification
