What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a $40M budget across multiple regions while managing a team of project managers
- Develop and implement methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance client partnerships
- Proactively manage programs to meet account and client standards, ensuring superior customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with regional on-site facilities teams to achieve program objectives and efficiency
- Create business requirement documents and manage account performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in real estate, project management, or program management
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
- Proven history of effective stakeholder interaction and relationship management
- Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project; knowledge of Primavera v6 (P6) preferred
