      Role Overview

      Booking.com is looking for a new member to join the Digital Marketing craft all around the globe! Join us in our beautiful Amsterdam headquarters and work on planet Earth’s #1 accommodation website with the industry’s smartest people.

      This role is part of the Partner Lifecycle Marketing team which focuses on optimizing our accommodation partners’ performance across the globe on our platform by providing customized tailored interactions via our digital channels and ultimately empowering these partners to discover growth opportunities. Our target audience includes a diverse range of accommodations globally from homes to local hotels and very well-known chains.

      As a Program Manager in Partner Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the development of the accommodation partners’ journey from the moment they consider (re)becoming a partner until they end their partnership.

      In this role, your goal is to increase partner engagement, satisfaction, and, ultimately, revenue by optimizing every stage of the partner journey for success. You will spearhead digital programs identified as having a substantial business impact, collaborating with collaborators across the company, including Research, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Digital Channels, Customer Services, and Local Partner Services.

      Furthermore, as a highly data-driven company, your area of responsibility involves creating robust hypotheses based on data insights. Your focus will be on demonstrating conclusive value on targeted main Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics) such as implementations, churn, and incremental revenue. Achieving optimized results will entail designing cycles of experimentation, learning, and continuous optimization and expansion.

      Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

      • Own the complete partner lifecycle experience across the products & services for the assigned part of the lifecycle stage such as Registration, Onboarding, Development, Retention and Loyalty.
      • Work closely with data scientists/business analysts, researchers, regions and product marketing managers to analyze partner needs and challenges.
      • Own performance targets for your journey portfolio and provide insights and actions on the annual business targets.
      • Lead the project teams to bring the projects to life by mapping the as-is journeys, designing the omnichannel solutions, turning designed solutions into user stories, testing and validating all user stories, monitor and report the results of the projects.
      • Manage and prioritize a backlog of hypotheses and projects based on their business impact and the impact on the partners, ensuring timely delivery and efficient allocation of resources.
      • Coordinate complex projects, communicate outcomes and findings to scollaborators fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
      • Collaborate with technical support teams to drive innovation based on hypotheses and user stories to improve business impact, reduce time spent or increase partner experience.
      • Serve as the voice of partners within the organization, advocating for their needs and perspectives.

      Role Qualifications and Requirements

      • 5+ years of work experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Product Marketing.
      • 2+ years of work experience in Lifecycle Marketing and/or Digital CRM.
      • Experience with customer insights (in our case partner insights) to understand our partners.
      • Data literacy and the ability to use data to build actionable insights.
      • Experience working in a sizable marketing environment, preferably in a multinational B-to-B context.
      • Eye for business to quickly understand Booking’s objectives, and key results, partner and consumer perspectives as well as the way all parts of the company work together to realize our ambitions.
      • Strong and resilient standout colleague with a high degree of flexibility, problem-solving and positive communication that motivates and influences the achievement of team objectives.
      • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. High performer with the ability to manage parallel tracks and expectations for project scope changes, seeing intersection points, and mitigating risks.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly.
      • Experience with Design Thinking methodology is a plus.
