What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact digital workstreams aligned with enterprise strategy
- Support the development of program strategies, business cases, and project plans
- Drive alignment across global teams, facilitating effective cross-functional meetings
- Track program KPIs related to digital maturity and user experience improvements
- Oversee vendor partnerships and manage large budgets for optimal ROI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management within a global enterprise
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with global stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including web platforms and customer experience technologies
- Experience with KPI development, reporting, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
