What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the management of learning programs aligned with business priorities
- Host live and virtual training sessions, creating an engaging learning environment
- Translate complex concepts into accessible formats through feedback cycles with SMEs
- Collaborate with internal communications to promote program awareness and participation
- Apply data-driven methods to assess program impact and suggest improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, learning & development, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Experience hosting live and/or virtual training sessions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating training on AI or other technical topics
- Experience building new (0-1) programs
