What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with daily operations and initiatives that support the DRE Outreach Program
- Support the Director, HEDIS Program Management in the development and implementation of quality initiatives
- Manage client reporting for completed screenings and oversee monthly invoicing
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Track project performance and create comprehensive documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or HEDIS Programs
- Proven experience in project management with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with statistical, logical, and text functions in Excel
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools
- Ability to create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps for program initiatives
- Strong client-facing communication skills
