What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with instructors to ensure program success
- Plan and assign instructors for all U.S. PG (B2C) and B2B programs
- Ensure instructors deliver the desired experience during live sessions
- Provide feedback to instructors for performance improvement
- Collaborate with various teams to stay updated on program changes and prepare instructors accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or team leadership roles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the education or training industry
- Familiarity with online learning platforms
