      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and coordinate the departmental T32 grant graduate program, including budgeting and program reporting
      - Act as Executive Assistant to the department chair, managing meetings and enhancing communication within the department
      - Maintain the departmental student/alumni database and conduct special studies or surveys as needed
      - Serve as travel administrator for planning and reconciling travel for faculty, staff, and students
      - Provide backup for other administrative duties within the department, including ordering supplies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum of four years of program management experience
      - Specific training related to grant experience is preferred
      - Familiarity with the Workday system is preferred
      - Knowledge and experience with UAMS systems, including travel regulations, are preferred

      - Proficiency in the Workday system
      - Familiarity with state and campus travel regulations
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Background in healthcare-related administrative support
