      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and coordinate the departmental T32 grant graduate program, supporting students and mentors
      - Act as Executive Assistant to the Chair, planning meetings and enhancing departmental communication
      - Serve as travel administrator, planning and reconciling travel for faculty, staff, and students
      - Maintain departmental student/alumni database and conduct special studies/surveys
      - Provide backup support for other administrative duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum of four years of program management experience
      - Specific training related to grant experience is preferred
      - Experience with the Workday system is preferred
      - Knowledge of UAMS systems, including travel, is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in grant management and administration
      - Familiarity with academic program management
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Proficiency in using technology and software related to administrative tasks
