      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and coordinate the departmental T32 grant graduate program, providing support and guidance for funding utilization
      - Act as Executive Assistant to the Chair of the department, assisting with planning and coordinating meetings and events
      - Serve as travel administrator for faculty, staff, and students, ensuring compliance with travel regulations
      - Maintain departmental student/alumni database and prepare reports related to educational programs
      - Conduct special studies and surveys to evaluate resources and program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum of four years of program management experience
      - Specific training related to grant experience
      - Experience with the Workday system
      - Knowledge of UAMS systems, including travel regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in grant management or coordination
      - Familiarity with the UAMS campus travel system
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in administrative support functions
      - Ability to enhance communication through digital platforms
