What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage recruitment and admissions processes for the Department of Epidemiology
- Support faculty and students in fulfilling the academic mission of the department
- Develop and maintain promotional materials and web content for department programs
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and other departments regarding academic matters
- Coordinate and facilitate events related to community partners, students, and research participants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of project/program management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat software
- Extensive experience coordinating academic programs or complex research projects
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to manage and track student admissions and academic records
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six (6) years of program coordination and project management experience
- Familiarity with Workday system software
- Experience in graphic design and web management
- Background in instructional design
- Proven ability to enhance student recruitment and retention efforts
