The Trusted Partner Network (TPN) is a global, industry-wide media and entertainment content security initiative and community network wholly owned by the Motion Picture Association, Inc. (MPA). The MPA Content Security Best Practices, maintained by the TPN, establish a single benchmark for security preparedness. The TPN assessment, managed on the TPN+ platform, measures a Service Provider’s current security posture for site and application against the MPA Best Practices. Our goal at TPN is to build a more secure future for content partners.
It is an exciting time to join the TPN team. In early 2023, we successfully re-launched the program to include a new custom built TPN+ software application on which we run the program. Since launch, our global membership continues to grow rapidly as we focus on raising security standards for the media and entertainment industry.
The successful Program Operations Coordinator candidate must be self-motivated, collaborative, organized and be prepared to “roll up their sleeves” and do what it takes to provide excellent customer service to our members and drive the program forward. We are a small but mighty team dedicated to raising security standards for the industry and providing a high-quality user experience to all our stakeholders – including global assessors, service providers and content owners. As a team, we help each other daily, and this role, like all team members, will need to be flexible and able to pivot when needed.
The Program Operations Coordinator will report to the Program Manager and play a critical part in the day-to-day operations and customer service TPN provides to many global Service Providers, Content Owners and Security Assessors.
Media and Entertainment industry experience preferred.
