What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule meetings across Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and Early Learning (EL) agencies
- Manage communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and resource sharing
- Enter and manage program data accurately and in a timely manner
- Support professional development events and maintain training records
- Represent ECSE/EL priorities in statewide workgroups and develop collaborative resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), Special Education, or a directly related field; or 4+ years of Early Childhood Special Education experience
- Knowledge of IDEA Part B Section 619 and early learning systems
- Experience managing and analyzing education-related data
- Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting statewide or regional initiatives
- Familiarity with WAPM, BB4B, MTSS, and UDL frameworks
- Experience using data for continuous improvement
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish, Somali, Russian, Vietnamese, Marshallese)
