      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate all phases of the biannual statewide bar examination, including venue contracts and exam administration
      - Serve as liaison among various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of examination results
      - Provide technical support for the integrated bar admissions system, coordinating enhancements and system operations
      - Conduct routine data extraction and validation related to bar admission data
      - Assist with the administration of the Board of Bar Examiners, including appointment coordination and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Five years of professional experience, with two years in program development, coordination, or administration
      - Ability to substitute additional experience for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis
      - Must possess a valid driver's license in New Jersey if vehicle operation is necessary for the job
      - Authorization to work in the U.S. according to Department of Homeland Security regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for one year of experience
      - Law degree from an approved American Bar Association law school may substitute for two years of experience
