What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by processing Air Import shipments for the Government Solutions program
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and procedures in air freight
- Manage operations related to Trans-Pacific Eastbound (TPEB) cargo
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic logistics solutions
- Maintain knowledge of government freight operations, including USTRANSCOM program experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of operations experience in forwarding operations
- Experience in Air Import processes
- Advanced knowledge of operating government freight
- Functional understanding of international regulations and compliance procedures in air freight
- Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with west coast time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with USTRANSCOM program operations
- Familiarity with Trans-Pacific Eastbound (TPEB) cargo handling
- Proven track record of delivering high-level customer service in logistics
