      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with grant application processes, including review, assessment, and development
      - Conduct research activities around grants, data analytics, and business functions
      - Collaborate on a community outreach project with other interns
      - Review policy data and procedures, making recommendations for improvement
      - Participate in HHS events throughout the internship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a junior in their undergraduate year with a major in social services, psychology, education, or similar human-services related fields
      - Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong communicative, problem-solving, and time management skills
      - Ability to effectively multi-task and maintain strong organization and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with public speaking
      - Understanding of social services and family support activities
      - Ability to write professionally
