      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-line support to independent agents, enhancing their business success
      - Manage processes to maximize agent support, performance, and satisfaction
      - Deliver real-time assistance to agents by quickly resolving their inquiries
      - Contribute to agent retention by utilizing current and new support tools
      - Participate in client-specific activities and engage with agents across various platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Flexible work schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
