      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure data integrity and compliance by monitoring participant records and documentation
      - Coordinate youth engagement activities, including communication and event logistics
      - Provide support and respond to inquiries from youth participants regarding program details
      - Maintain accurate tracking of attendance, eligibility, and stipend processing
      - Assist with both in-person and virtual events, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent course study
      - Valid NC Class C Driver's License
      - Experience in maintaining accurate participant records, including attendance and documentation
      - Proven ability to support youth participants through effective communication and engagement
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in event coordination or youth program management
      - Familiarity with data tracking systems and participant databases
      - Background in economic development or workforce readiness initiatives
      - Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing participant onboarding challenges
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
