Our program operations, planners, and experts provide the complete life cycle of requirements determination, capability-based assessments, CWMD planning, programming, COOP, and execution of recommendations for closing operational gaps. We innovatively train Federal, State, and local responders from the classroom, field, or with computer-based training programs. Our executive staff and field operations teams include senior policymakers, analysts, nationally recognized CWMD and exercise experts, and professional counterterrorism/special operations personnel.       What you'll do

      • Analyze and interpret training and program data to support leadership decision-making.
      • Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
      • Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses.
      • Conduct statistical analysis and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
      • Support certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation.
      • Evaluate quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback.
      • Create actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
      • Maintain databases, records, and data standards.

      • A detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that improve training programs and organizational performance

      Desired Qualifications

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables), Power BI , Tableau , and Python .
      • Ability to build queries, analyze large datasets, and develop meaningful reports.
      • Experience identifying trends, conducting research, and presenting findings.
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.

      Education and Experience

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
      • 3 - 5 years' Data Analysis experience


      The pay range for this role is:

      75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
