What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage client Programmatic media campaigns, including strategy development, QA, campaign creation, and management
- Develop strategies to achieve campaign KPIs and analyze results to adjust strategies and budgets
- Provide programmatic subject matter expertise for publisher buying types and creative recommendations
- Maintain regular communication with Media and Client Management teams regarding campaign health and reporting
- Execute hands-on digital ad campaigns for the agency's largest accounts, ensuring efficiency and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years in a hands-on role managing Programmatic campaigns
- Advanced understanding of Programmatic Buying and experience with WMC DSS
- Working knowledge of display, video, social, and/or DSP partners
- Expertise in cross-channel and cross-device tracking and optimization
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with external data or media providers such as DV360, TTD, Yahoo, and Meta
- Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally
- Critical thinking skills with a track record of making informed decisions across business units
