- Build, develop, and own the delivery program project plan, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely deliverables according to the Programme Management Plan.
- Take ownership and accountability for business transformation delivery in specified areas, collaborating with the Programme Director and project deployment resources.
- Report and communicate delivery program status, progress, and issues to the Programme Director.
- Manage key issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating to the Programme Director when necessary.
- Oversee the delivery program budget, cost control, and delegated authorities, reporting potential material variances to the Programme Director before expenditure.
- Track progress against plans, ensuring deliverables and milestones are on track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies for successful implementation.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of program management and the project life cycle.
- Display excellent knowledge and proficiency in implementing business transformation programs.
- Exhibit excellent technical project planning skills, using tools such as MS Project.
- Bring experience in effective risk management processes and strategies.
- Demonstrate structured leadership capabilities, along with negotiation and influencing skills. Provide thought leadership to shape future decisions and focuses on creating value for the business.
- Fluent English speaker, capable of accurate communication with senior stakeholders and management. Adapt to changing objectives and priorities, clearly communicate the company missions and values.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently. Target and result-driven, energetic, and possesses a hands-on approach to the job.

Programme Manager outlines programme’s strategy and oversees a list of dependent projects that are needed to reach the programme’s goals. Programme Manager is accountable for deployment project plans, staffing, risk/issue management, adherence to project methodology, delivery quality, progress tracking and project reporting. Programme manager is responsible for the delivery of the solution that meets business needs on time and within budget. JM is undergoing a Global Finance Transformation programme; this position will support the Business Process Management organisation within S2P Global Process. Incumbent will play an important part in business process & technology change, supporting the delivery of the strategic plan, together with the process organisation Target Operating Model, which is a part of the GBS delivery.
