Programme Scope & Requirements Manager within Eurodrone (d/m/f)

Eurodrone Programme – Shaping the future of military unmanned air systems and European defense collaboration

The Programme Scope & Requirements Manager within Eurodrone (d/m/f) will act as PM business partner to the Head of Eurodrone Programme for all scope and requirements management related activities and will drive the central programme governance & performance management.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As Programme Scope & Requirements Manager, you…

• MANAGE & LEAD all scope and requirement management related activities on programme level in an end-to-end approach from contract to delivery – from Customer, across our development teams to supply chain
• DRIVE the programme governance and support towards Programme Line performance management (Programme Unit review, Programme Line Review)
• EVOLVE & maintain the global programme baseline jointly with the Schedule, Risk & Cost management to synchronize and integrate all scope/time/risk/cost related activities on programme level
• PROVIDE & improve the performance & visual management on programme level from reporting to anticipation and from manual to automatized digital solutions
• LEARN and develop in an exciting new European development Aircraft programme

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent
• Proven programme and/or project management (office) skills (PM certification iron/bronze level or PMI PMP certification)
• Proven experience with complex products, in best case for aircraft systems
• Proven soft skills / networking skills and beeing a simplifier
• Proven self-motivation and creativity, strong customer focus, result orientation and anticipation mindset
