What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects.
- Develop reporting that aligns with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requirements to enhance operations.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control of program processes, recommending improvements.
- Assist in contract management, including tracking program performance and metrics.
- Lead project management activities by providing tools and facilitating team meetings.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of program/project management experience related to energy program management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in client engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with residential weatherization best practices.
- Experience with utility DSM RES programs, including custom project reviews.
- 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry.
- Knowledge of residential energy efficiency technologies and their impact on utility consumption.
- Desire to obtain certifications such as CEM or PMP.
