What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services
- Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on escalated incidents
- Address escalations from other departments
- Embrace innovative strategies for product and service implementation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a professional services role with an understanding of training and implementation processes
- Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- A valid Driver's License is required for this position
