      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall project/program cost controls and financial reporting for large-scale projects
      - Perform periodic project job site audits and reconciliations of budget vs. actual variances
      - Support and produce client invoicing as per contract requirements
      - Develop and present cost status and forecast reports to internal and external stakeholders
      - Facilitate risk workshops and manage the risk register, identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering
      - Minimum of 6 years of project controls experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work across discipline teams
      - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain DOE Security Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AACE and/or PMI Certification
      - Familiarity with government contract reporting and FAR standards
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Power BI
      - Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems
      - Understanding of various contract structures and implications on project cost and revenue
