What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and communicate key project risks related to cost and schedule to internal stakeholders
- Assist in the development and tracking of project change orders and prepare detailed cost analysis
- Convert approved project estimates into control budgets for effective cost management
- Prepare and present project cost and schedule summary reports in various Project Status Review meetings
- Develop dashboards and provide monthly reporting on North American program milestones and interdependencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with project cost analysis and scheduling in a construction or data center environment
- Proficiency with project management software and current technologies relevant to project controls
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate projections based on earned value management
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
- Ability to travel to field offices as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in dashboard development and real-time telemetry reporting
- Familiarity with risk management processes in construction projects
- Knowledge of financial forecasting processes and budget reporting
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Understanding of design and construction impacts on cost and schedule
