What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets
- Provide detailed analysis to project managers and stakeholders on cost risks and issues
- Support earned value analysis and development of project control plans
- Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties
- Assist in the development of project estimates and cost management procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in cost management on capital projects
- Direct experience working in a complex, matrixed environment
- Expertise in Excel
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the construction industry, with additional life sciences experience strongly preferred
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively
