      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and review Labor Compliance Program (LCP) in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
      - Prepare and present labor compliance requirements at pre-bid and pre-construction meetings
      - Collect and review weekly Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) and assist contractors with compliance issues
      - Conduct investigations on alleged contractor violations and facilitate proper reporting of prevailing wages
      - Maintain organized electronic and hardcopy contract files containing all relevant labor compliance information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum two (2) years of experience in public works construction
      - Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree or related degree from a recognized college or university
      - Clear understanding of construction practices and state/federal labor laws
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations
      - Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and possess a valid California driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Labor Compliance and LCPtracker
      - Bi-lingual - Spanish speaking
