What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tactical management and leadership to core teams to ensure timely completion of project-related tasks
- Monitor study progress and alert the Project Manager of any resourcing or timeline issues
- Assist the Project Manager with study document and slide creation as needed
- Regularly review the status of site qualification, image processing, and reporting across all supported projects
- Implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans, managing resolutions and corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a biological science, health science technology, or equivalent education with relevant work experience
- Demonstrable experience in clinical trials or a relevant project management support role
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to use Microsoft 365 products (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical Imaging experience in a clinical setting
- Experience using tools to effectively communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the life sciences sector
