      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Engineers, and Superintendents to ensure compliance with EHS processes and documentation
      - Conduct and coordinate safety training, including instructor-led safety courses
      - Perform outage site evaluations and inspections, including hazard assessments
      - Assist in the development of customer-specific safety plans and attend pre-outage safety meetings
      - Mentor and educate craft personnel on safety protocols and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a safety credential (OHST, CHST, GSP, or similar) or EHS-related degree with relevant experience
      - Safety-related technical experience with cranes, rigging, and LOTO; experience in preparing or evaluating critical lift plans preferred
      - Strong computer and technical writing skills
      - Excellent public speaking skills
      - Power plant experience is a plus
