What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project documentation and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals
- Create and manage milestone billing/invoicing on projects
- Perform financial reconciliations to ensure customers are billed correctly
- Monitor and track project invoices, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Two plus years of experience in finance in a corporate environment
- General understanding of project management and financial services
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP)
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future
