What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform set-up, maintenance, and closeout of project files and study information on applicable systems
- Track milestone progress in real-time and assist with contingency plans for delays
- Prepare regulatory documents required for IRB/IBC approvals and ongoing research monitoring
- Coordinate team meetings, attend meetings, and prepare accurate meeting minutes and action items
- Maintain and update clinical tracking information in databases as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: BS/BA in Life Science or related discipline
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical research experience or working in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA privacy and security laws around PHI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous GCP training and certification
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Data entry experience
