      Key Accountabilities:

      • Preparing strategies to grow and diversify the relationship with current & new customers.
      • Identify and deploy a growth plan for new business opportunities, achieving profitable business within the market.
      • Support the deployment with new business opportunities with the actual customers
      • Leads, builds and manages excellent customer relationship, understands customer needs and competitive strategies, and facilitate problem solving with the Customer.
      • Reviewing and reporting business opportunities and market trends for Commercial LT decision making.
      • Collaborate with Value Proposition team during the preparation of RFQ responses for new business opportunities.
      • Communicates the voice of the customer inside Metalsa to ensure readiness to meet current and future customer expectations.
      • Collaborate and incorporate Business Development activities with the CV functions (i.e. Manufacturing, VP, PD, HD, Strategic Planning)
      • Organize, attend, support key customer meetings including commercial, engineering, manufacturing and quality.
      • Assure the smooth transition from the business development process to the commercial team.

      Academic

      • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA (Finance/Marketing) with exposure to International business and culture preferably exposure to international business and culture.

      Experience:

      • +6 years total experience | (+8 years if coordinates a team) In industrial segment with exposure to international business and culture
      • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a matrix organization in which conflicting priorities require fast paced resolution
      • Minimum 2 years of working experience in program management and/or product development management
      • Experience in strategic planning or marketing (client, market & competitors analytics).

      Technical Skills:

      • Excellent financial, costing and Data analysis accounting skills
      • Collaboration and Teamwork – creating a collaborative work environment, influencing without direct authority, motivating stakeholders to achieve a higher purpose and goals
      • Customer relationship management – navigating a complex customer interface, mapping the customer experience, understanding how to build effective lasting customer relationships.
      • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, etc)
