What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as project manager for air quality permitting, planning, and modeling services
- Manage project budgets, schedules, technical staff deployment, and client relations
- Prepare emission estimates and environmental compliance reports based on regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other practitioners to execute air quality projects across multiple offices
- Review air dispersion modeling analyses and develop safety plans as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, environmental, or mechanical preferred) or a related field
- Seven (7) years of consulting experience in air quality areas such as permitting and compliance reporting
- Proven experience in project management and client management
- Working knowledge of regulatory authorities and regulations related to air quality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- P.E. or E.I.T. licensed
- Demonstrated consulting experience in the power generation, oil & gas, and/or industrial sectors
- Experience with NEPA air quality resource analysis and technical writing
- Experience performing and managing noise impact assessments
