What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as project manager for air quality permitting, planning, and modeling services nationwide
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, technical staff deployment, and client relations
- Prepare emission estimates and regulatory compliance analyses for various industry sectors
- Collaborate with team members to execute air quality projects and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Review air dispersion modeling analyses and prepare necessary documentation for regulatory agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, environmental, or mechanical preferred) or relevant degree in environmental or atmospheric science
- Seven (7) years of consulting experience in air quality areas such as permitting, dispersion modeling, and compliance reporting
- Proven experience in project management and client management
- Knowledge of regulatory authorities and regulations related to air quality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) licensed
- Experience in power generation, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
- Background in NEPA air quality resource analysis and technical writing
- Experience managing noise impact assessments
