What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project timelines to support scientific affairs deliverables
- Coordinate internal meetings, track agendas, and action items
- Prepare external communications and meeting agendas
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and client-facing departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of Project Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management software

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
