What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex administrative duties and operational data analysis to support management decision-making
- Identify trends and discrepancies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide high-level support for various projects, grants, and contracts
- Develop and implement training related to new strategic solutions across the program
- Support emergency response activities during disaster operations as a Public Health Liaison
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of relevant experience
- Experience in public health program management or related fields
- Ability to perform operational data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in using MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, emergency management, public health, or a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in emergency preparedness or emergency management
- Experience in teaching, training, or emergency communications
- Familiarity with programmatic planning and operationalizing initiatives
- Knowledge of project management processes
