What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure in-house and customer projects are delivered on scope, on time, within budget, and of superior quality
- Utilize Agile or waterfall methodologies for planning, scheduling, and change management of projects
- Manage business analysts, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle
- Report and document risks, manage expectations, and oversee issue resolution
- Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, and performance reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large complex projects/programs in the Life and Annuities (L&A) vertical
- Minimum of 10 years of expertise in the L&A domain
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Proven experience in policy administration system implementation and integration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and JIRA
- Ability to work effectively in a global delivery model (onshore/offshore)
- Strong customer support experience and consultative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
