  • Job Description

      Req#: 26-00184
      Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite - 5 days/week)

      The Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing home care organization in New York that is actively evaluating and executing M&A initiatives.

They're looking for someone who can step in as a boots-on-the-ground operator-not just manage a project plan, but get inside the business, understand how things actually work, and help leadership make smart decisions during a critical growth phase.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with leadership, with the opportunity to influence how the organization scales through acquisition.

      What You'll Be Doing
      • Act as the right hand to leadership on M&A-related initiatives
      • Drive project execution while digging into day-to-day operations
      • Sit with teams (intake, coordination, clinical ops, etc.) and understand:
        • What's actually happening
        • What's broken
        • What won't scale post-acquisition
      • Translate real-world workflows into clear process maps, insights, and recommendations
      • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and integration gaps across entities
      • Keep projects moving while managing stakeholders across all levels
      What Makes This Role Different
This is not a typical PM role.
You won't succeed here if you:
      • Only manage timelines and status reports
      • Stay at the leadership level
      • Avoid frontline engagement
      You will succeed if you:
      • Ask the right questions (and aren't afraid to go deeper)
      • Can build trust quickly with frontline staff
      • Know how to read between the lines
      • Can turn messy, real-world operations into structured insights

      What We're Looking For
      • 5-8+ years of experience in Project Management + Business Analysis
      • Strong healthcare experience (home care, MLTC, CHHA, PACE, etc. highly preferred)
      • Someone who is personable, curious, and confident in the field
      • Proven ability to:
        • Extract information from all levels of the organization
        • Facilitate discussions and uncover real operational issues
        • Translate findings into actionable plans
      • Comfortable working onsite and embedded with the business
      • Experience with M&A, due diligence, or integration is a strong plus

      Qualifications
      • 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager with strong Business Analyst capabilities
      • Experience in healthcare environments (home care, payer, provider, or related)
      • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage frontline staff and extract meaningful insights
      • Experience facilitating interviews, workshops, and process discovery sessions
      • Comfortable working onsite and interacting across all levels of the organization
      • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
      • Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, or post-acquisition integration
      • Background in home care, MLTC, CHHA, or similar environments
      • Experience mapping workflows and identifying operational inefficiencies
