What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the construction subject matter expert, interfacing with lead managers and overseeing project execution
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication
- Oversee project costs, schedules, and change orders while ensuring alignment with project goals
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate construction and commissioning risks
- Lead site construction management staff and monitor overall project progress, cost, quality, and safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of construction industry experience, focusing on full construction processes
- Proven experience with combustion cycle projects and EPC/GC contract models
- 15+ years in leadership roles, supervising teams and managing relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders and demonstrated client relationship-building experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification and the ability to travel as required

- Experience in establishing and effectively using project controls tools for large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for large industrial construction sites
