What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Oversee and manage project costs and schedules, ensuring adherence to budget
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans for construction and commissioning risks
- Supervise field staff and resolve on-site issues and emergencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of construction industry experience, focusing on full construction experience
- Proven experience with combustion cycle projects and EPC/GC contract models
- 15+ years in progressive leadership roles managing construction teams and clients
- Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and organizational/time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in establishing and effectively using project controls tools for large construction projects
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for industrial construction job sites
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Demonstrated client relationship-building experience
