What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead digital projects across web, design, brand, and marketing from kickoff through delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, resources, and shifting priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, setting expectations and maintaining strong relationships
- Proactively identify risks and issues, providing clear recommendations to prevent scope creep
- Support client training, documentation, and ongoing guidance as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience managing complex projects in web, design, or digital marketing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Teamwork, Basecamp, Slack, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agency or client-services experience is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
