      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute project plans focused on process optimization, digital transformation, and performance improvement
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategic objectives and ensure effective project execution
      - Present findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership while maintaining detailed project documentation
      - Oversee end-to-end project implementation, managing risks, budgets, and ensuring timely delivery
      - Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to support decision-making and optimize business performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required (Master's or MBA preferred)
      - 3-5 years of experience in consulting, corporate development, or project management
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Workboard preferred)

      - Experience in corporate development or project management within the mobility or transportation industry
      - Proven leadership potential and ability to manage competing priorities
      - Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKR tracking
