      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and host internal and external kick-off meetings for all projects
      - Review and manage projects according to budget and technical requirements
      - Organize and coordinate all site deliverables and services
      - Support installation and commissioning activities
      - Prepare project closing reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to travel 25%
      - Minimum of 3 years managing or coordinating projects in an industrial or construction setting
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
      - At least 5 years of technical project management experience in electrical and mechanical design
      - Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP certification or similar project management certification
      - Experience with reading mechanical and electrical prints
      - Aptitude for fast-paced learning and independent work
      - Preference for candidates residing in the Central Standard Time zone
