What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and host internal and external kick-off meetings for all projects
- Review and manage projects according to budget and technical requirements
- Organize and coordinate all site deliverables and services
- Manage project scope changes and coordinate approval drawing flow between customers and engineering
- Prepare project closing reports and support installation and commissioning activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of project execution experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction setting
- PMP certification and/or relevant industry experience
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings/prints

- Post-secondary education in a field related to manufacturing or construction
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Candidates located in the Central Time Zone (CST) are preferred
