      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain internal production timelines for curriculum development
      - Monitor progress of workstreams, identifying trends, delays, or risks and reporting to management
      - Ensure accurate linking, versioning, and sharing of materials with clients
      - Hold reviewers accountable for documentation and feedback systems, while tracking client feedback
      - Learn and utilize new project management tools and platforms to enhance project efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Education, Business Administration, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
      - Three (3) plus years of professional project management experience, ideally within curriculum development or related fields
      - Demonstrated expertise using project management systems and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable)
      - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
      - Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold others accountable to deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in curriculum production, instructional publishing, or large-scale print workflows
      - Familiarity with K–12 or K–5 education contexts
      - Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including designers and content reviewers
      - Ability to quickly learn new tech platforms and workflow tools
      - People management or team-lead experience (not required but beneficial)
