      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the customer onboarding project lifecycle from initial contact to successful implementation and training
      - Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones
      - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution
      - Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues or delays
      - Train customers and their staff on new systems, ensuring proficiency and comfort

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience managing customer onboarding or similar projects in a telecommunications or SaaS environment
      - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
      - Experience in VoIP or telecommunications is a must

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus
      - General working knowledge of network technologies
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to project management
