What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Customer Success leads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct project post-mortems and document recommendations for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
